Along with the development of computer network technology and IT, the Technology of Remote Test and Control Based on Internet has become a hot research topic at home and abroad and one of the main directions of development of the field of industrial measurement and control, driving the measurement and control technology to the network, information intelligent direction. The same for the pump in terms of measurement and control field, the original stand-alone measurement and control technology has been unable to meet the development of the current information society. To solve this problem, combined with the measurement and control of a certain type of pump, this paper studies the development of remote measurement and control system based on B/S under the platform of the J2EE, in order to realize Remote On-line Computer Monitoring and On-line historical data query.This article first discusses the structural system of the pump remote measurement and control system based on B/S and gives the system model, then analyzes several factors affecting the system real-time according to the model. Subsequently, the article designs the field measurement and control system of the pump and uses the MCU system as the model of the measurement and control system, and then designs each part of the system following the idea of modular design and makes an analysis and discussion mainly for data acquisition, control signal output, as well as the human-computer interaction modules. The system uses a LCD screen to carry out real-time monitoring of the pump and the PID control algorithm to realize the Frequency Control of the pump. The field measurement and control system of the pump uses the RS-232serial communication mode to transmit the real-time data of the field measurement and control to the Web server of the remote measurement and control system. The Web server takes the multi computer communication method to communicate with the site monitoring and control MCU system and can collect information of the field measurement and control from more than one pump so as to realize the remote measurement and control of multiple pumps at the same time. The server-side uses a Java application to do the serial communication with the pump-site measurement and control system and a data sending procedure to send control command to the site measurement and control subsystem, as well as a data receiving procedure to receive and process data from the site measurement and control. The pump remote measurement and control system Web server uses the Struts framework for development and combines the Ajax technology to realize the function of the online monitoring page dynamically refresh the real-time data without page updating.
