The Key Technologies Of Measurement And Control System And Its Machine Detection

This paper focuses on some techniques related to measurement and control systems. These techniques are realized through two measurement and constrol projects: the design of electrical-bicycle testing system and the research and development on high pressure cleaner used for cars on which I have been doing some research.Chapter 1 summarizes the history and the foreground of measurement and control system from the materials in domestic and abroad.Chapter 2 introduces the common structure of measuremnet and control system and related software architecture. Meanwhile some related techniques are introduced to realize the whole system.Chapter 3 gives two examples of measurement and control system: testing platform of PC-based electric-bicycle and measurement system of high-pressure cleaner used for cars. It shows how they work.+ Also it includes the arichitecture of software and hardware. Two important techniques: stucturued analysis and design technique (SDAT) and prototyping requirements techniques are introduced in the two above systems.Chapter 4 shows how the communication module is structured. The definition of the RS-232 communication protocol of the cleaner testing system is given. We discussed in this sort of test and control system how to receive and how to send data, and how to deal the data in Multi-thread environment. We introduce FSM and Petri modeling technique to realize the design of serial commnunication.Chapter 5 discusses the technique of process control. How to design a process in process control and how to realize the process are the main part of this chapter.Chapter 6 summarizes the whole paper and gives some advices to point out the research focus of this title and its possible future.
