The Research And Design Of The Jbpm Web Process Designer Bases On The Flex

In recent years, along with the continuous development and renewal of The Workflow Technology, the open source workflow products appear one by one and the functions of them are developing quickly. Workflow technology is more and more recognized by the public, many techniques are integrated, such as document management system, database, email, distributed computing and Internet services, have been contained in workflow management system.This paper chooses the system JBoss jBPM (Jboss Java Business Process Management), who is the popular open source workflow management system in the current market. It is introducing the several open source workflows to tell us the jBPM advantages and why use it as the research subject. Then, through some examples to say something about the traditional C/S architecture process designer, and explain the deficiency of the process designer based on the Eclipse plugin, on the installation and configuration of Eclipse, the complete of Java environment configuration steps, they are too difficult for normal users to achieve. The traditional modeling tools requiring a local installation or as a plug inserted into some local application such as Eclipse, this will inevitably bring about the problem of inconvenient software upgrade, and each client must be installed and configured a corresponding software, when the system is more complex, the client cost and relatively large workload. Through the studying for the jBPM we found that its own process design is based on the Eclipse plugin, also the C/S, it also has the above deficiencies, and can be improved. Although the market also has the jBPM workflow designer based on the Web, but as a result of commercial use, many are not open source, it is not good for our study and research.This paper designs a set of Web jBPM process designer named My-project, which can be used independently separated from the development environment, and illustrates the process designer's design realization method and application technology very detailed. It bases on the B/S architecture, the client is developed by Flex, Flex technology can bring the user good experience. It is can provide visualization of the process design process, and the users can design the flow chart using a simple drag-and-drop way, at the same time, can design the process simply and conveniently, and get the process definition document which can be identified by the jBPM engine.Finally, through dozens of examples of flow test on the My-project, explains the practicability and feasibility of the process designer. And points out its deficiencies and shortcomings, for us to improve and perfect later.
