WEB-based Rural Power System Standardization-Workflow Allocation

Along with the development of Rural Power information, the standardized operations which have complex flow be realized management by MIS (Management Information System). But the structure of most MIS similar to that of the Office Automation System and the work flow has been defined complete in development process, which made scalability of system is poor. If the internal demand temporary changes, the program needs to be modified again by developers. In order to make the Process Management System more suitable for the needs of work, need to restructure the management system. Improving the Workflow System, enhancing its accessibility and applying to developing practical business process, becomes an important mission of how to increase efficiency of larger workload of power supply enterprises.This paper describes the current number of open source workflow system, select JBoss jBPM workflow as research object with standardized information system. the workflow engine are analyzed in detail, including the design, implementation process scheduling process definition and persistence mechanism, etc. jBPM focus is in perfecting, optimizing process for supporting enterprise workflow engine products, providing the workflow engine and application extension interface. But it is used in the applications such as development process design, process monitoring is not very good. As well as the function has certain difficulty in real time such as product development process. This paper gives an extension aiming at the shortcomings of jBPM in the actual product development process. At first, for its own integrated development environment in the process of design problem, this paper proposes the WEB Workflow Designer, which based on WEB, Expounds out WEB design and realization of the methods; Secondly, the process monitoring is proposed based on the research of WEB graphic design; Finally, using the improved extended version of the jBPM workflow engine power to achieve standardization of agricultural operations for reimbursement approval process from the process definition to the realization of the system. Expanded JBoss jBPM able to support workflow application development, so that JBoss jBPM better able to put into practice projects. In addition, WEB-Designer and Implementation of a certain extent, to achieve the staff to configure their own workflow, so that the power MIS system has a certain amount of flexibility.
