| In the context of financial market opening to the outside world and the information network's constant progress, securities traders are in the face of a growing number of competitors and challenges. Business department as unit for security trade and management is not suitable for the company's long-term development, and the old commission declaration system cannot meet the need of increasing new business. Therefore, Centralized Trading System is increasingly widely used in the traders'technical systems, in which new business is gradually carried out. In order to add new business while maintain the speed of commission declaration, and also optimize the transaction processing, it is necessary to add Synthesized Protocol Platform in the Centralized Trading System.This thesis provided a theoretical basis for the Synthesized Protocol Platform through studies on the Centralized Trading System's technological architecture and program framework. It then studied the method of Synthesized Protocol Platform's interface electronic transformation, and achieved block trading in this platform. Specific work is as follows:1) Analyzed the four-tier structure characteristics of the database server, application server, communications server and the user terminal in the Centralized Trading System. It also analyzed the implementation method of Synthesized Protocol Platform and proposed solutions.2) Analyzed the four-tier structure characteristics of the database server, application server, communications server and the user terminal in the Centralized Trading System. It also analyzed the implementation method of Synthesized Protocol Platform and proposed solutions.3)Broke down the block trading in the Synthesized Protocol Platform and analyzed its operational characteristics; provided implementation method of commission treatment, offer and transaction in the intention, pricing and sale declaration; realized the control of different trading behavior, types of securities and allowable amount and price of the transaction through designed Synthesized Protocol transaction regulations; ensured the security of transaction through agreement signing; designed counter approach for Large Non-Circulation Limited Sales Shareholders' decreasing and ensured its validity; changed the approach for Commission Cancellation.4) Tested the block trading in the Synthesized Protocol Platform, and also the daytime commission process. Test results were analyzed.This system has passed Shenzhen Stock Exchange and China Settlement of Shenzhen Branch's second network test. It has been applied in Ping An Securities, Essence Securities,ZhongTou Securities brokerage trading system. Its validity and accuracy, as well as the feasibility of the system, have been proved. |
