| For a long time, technology development is the dominant force to increaseeconomy sustainably and changes the condition of economy and society profoundly.Although our science and technology made tremendous achievements, we still need along period of hard work to speed up science and technology development to narrowthe gap with the developed countries. At present, our ability of independentinnovation and enterprise core competitiveness is weak, it is essential to improveeconomic efficiency. Consequently, it is a urgent request to speed up thetransformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces todevelop our economy and society, build an innovative country and improve theinternational competitiveness in the new era. By focusing on the construction of thewhole service platform of technology trading, we will promote the transformation ofscientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces, improvethe conditions of Industry-University-Research cooperation, improve the efficiencyand quality of technology transfer, enhance the independent innovation capability andcompetitiveness of enterprise and make scientific achievements serve the nationaleconomy more effectively.The online technology trading system, the new e-commerce service platformtechnology trading system studied, designed and implemented in this paper, is animportant part of the whole service platform of technology trading. It bears thefunction of docking the technology trading information of supply and demand,estimating technology value, matching parties and trading online, etc. Through theresearch of trading process in the online technology market and technical evaluationmethod, combining the characteristics of technology trading, this paper applies theonline auction method based on Web IM (Web Instant Messaging) and reverse Ajaxtechnology to the technology trading field. By Web IM, both supplier and demandercan communicate with each other through the web browser to enhance mutualunderstanding and trust. By reverse Ajax, the system server pushes the received datato the web client initiatively to solve the real-time problem in traditional webapplications which used http request and response model and the system achievesauction information to update real-time. At the same time, this paper put forward animprovement proposal of accumulate reputation model to solve the problem ofinformation asymmetry in parties to the transaction. It achieves pricing technologyreasonably by auction method and assessing offer from buyers. At the same time, ithelps both supplier and demander to make the right decisions and select theappropriate partner to sign contracts. Apart from this, this paper researches theHMAC-MD5encryption algorithm to provide reliable safety issue for online payment module in the system to achieve trading technology online. Finally, it is helpful toimprove the efficiency and quality of technology trading by the online technologytrading system. Through applying the technology of object-oriented, softwareengineering, web application development and database to develop system, this paperdesign and implement a technology trading system of information service based onfour layer architecture of JAVA EE. |
