A Research Of The Operation And Development Of China Maritime Safety

In recent years, in the background of system reform of magazines in China, it has been a priority for China Maritime Safety, a government-sponsored magazine, to seize this opportunity to develop and strengthen itself.This paper focuses on the system reform of China Maritime Safety, proposes opinions and solutions based on surveys and first-hand resources, as well as scientific analysis. In guidance of basic theories of modern management and media, the author conducted a over2,000surveys on readers of the magazine and makes an analysis on the results, thus proposes the development strategy and brand for the reformed magazine by means of SWOT theory as a result of an analysis of the brand management and strtegic marketing. In addition, the author also designs management products and organization frame for the reformed managzine. This paper strives to explore the reform path for China Maritime Safety and achieve the win-win effect in society and economics.
