Design And Implementation Of Service Information Management System For Maritime Safety Administration

This thesis discusses the development work on the maritime service information management system Maritime Safety Administration for some seashore city with the advanced methods and sophisticated techniques in software engineering,establishes the major functional requirements.This software development goal is to adapt to changing situation in maritime service management and the related work specification,raising the efficiency and accuracy in the work of maritime service information management.This thesis presents the main problems to be solved in maritime service information processing.In requirements analysis it starts with addressing the critical issues for reaching the functional goals to establish main functions of the system in basic information access,ships check-in and check-out information inspection management,ships check-in and check-out visa information management and maritime safety information management.For each requirement its desired information and processing tasks are discussed with the use case models.In the work of software design,this thesis builds the software architecture and the related design scheme,including main object data structures,database models,representative algorithm processing frameworks and some example database table structures.In the work of implementation,this system runs on the platform of Windows operating system on the application server and is programmed with C#.The system database is SQL Server.Some programs are sketched together with the software test methods and consequences.This software system has now been finished with its tests and running evaluation.It satisfies the demands on maritime service information management as well as meets the new maritime regulations and specifications and has good compatibility with other related information platforms,realizing the expected objectives.
