The Design And Implementation Of China's Maritime Case Intelligence Analysis System

"Chinese Maritime Case Intelligence Analysis System" is derived from the Grandland co.,LTD.,the internal research and development project "Legal Cases Intelligent Analysis System".Is a on the sea all over the country's court in accordance with the public mass maritime law case documents collection,processing and analysis,and use of machine learning,visualization technology,provide legal case for query,statistical analysis and visualization of intelligent analysis system.With the rapid development of computers and information technology,especially the arrival of the big data wave,more and more industries have emerged the need for intelligent data processing and analysis.At the same time,with the deepening of the judicial reform in China,enhancing the transparency of the trial work,broadening the channels for the people to carry out judicial supervision,and promoting the open access of the referee documents have become one of the important measures for the judicial reform of the people's courts.More and more legal case papers are being publicized by major courts through the Internet,so legal practitioners can relatively directly inquire and obtain information on relevant cases.However,due to the large number of cases and complex types of cases,especially the highly specialized of maritime cases,it is difficult for relevant personnel to use these documents for analysis.Therefore,it is necessary for a legal case intelligence analysis system to help practitioners to conduct case analysis.This project adopts the B/S framework,mainly focusing on the full-text search function,processing and extracting institutional and personnel information in legal documents through natural language processing techniques,and classifying cases using machine learning training models.It also provides statistics on cases and presented in a variety of chart visualizations.It is currently running on-line and registered software copyrights.This paper first analyzes the research and application status of the retrieval and analysis platform of legal documents at home and abroad,and carries out the requirements analysis based on the experience and work needs of relevant practitioners,and gives the corresponding solutions.In this way,the architecture design and detailed design of the Chinese maritime case intelligence analysis system were carried out.Then,we implements various functional modules of the system according to the architecture design and detailed design content,including web crawlers,case search library construction,case classification,case retrieval,and data visualization.Finally,the design and implementation of the system are summarized,and future prospects are addressed.
