Q&A website, known as Q&A knowledge protal, is one type of the knowledgeprotal website. By integrating various of protal technolgy, it collects all kinds ofinformation on one web platform and provids various convenient to the users. Thiskind of website is open to the users, which means users can communicate on thewebsite freely and exchange their openions and expericence. This kind ofcommunication are mainly based on knowledge exchange. So the website managerplays only a small part in it. The usres share their own expierence on the platform andtransform their tacit knowledge into dominat knowledge. Then other users can usethese knowledge to structure their knowledge. Now with the development of thesocitey and technology, Q&A website has achieve a certain amount, and lots of uslessinformation has gathered on the website, which lead to the mass structuer of thewebsite. So when the user try to distinguish the information, they had to spend a lot oftime.According to this kind of situation, this paper take the Q&A website as mainobject, by using the knowledge management theory to analysis it, through thetechnology frame, knowledge process and the knowledge management mode. All theanalysis aim to optimize the structure of the website and enhance the competive of thewebsite.At the beginning part, the paper mainly introduce the basic theory of the Q&Awebsite and its history, the reltive theory of the knowledge management. In the thirdpart we mainly discuss the knowledge management frame and the technology frame.According those frame we discuss the knowledge process from the perspective of userand website management. In the forth part we discussed the knowledge managementmode, and discussed them by levels. In the end we made a final conculsion.
