Design And Implementation Of Innovation Project Evaluation System In University Based On Group Decision-Making Support System

Decision Support System is to help the decision makers to make decisions by the computer system, it provides policymakers with decision analysis, decision model structure, decision support process simulation and decision assessing the effects of decision support environment. The decision support process and decision algorithm program is sroraged in themodel library.And through the interactive interface, it will make the interaction of the model library program and database data works perfect. The model library is an important symbol of the decision support system which makes it different from other information management systems.This issue is the further research of the gray material element Group Decision Support System whid is depended on the subtasks of the project feasibility study Decision Support System, hold between the Research Central Department and universities in Beijing.The system is divided into six subsystems, including site management subsystem, expert information management subsystem, project information management subsystem, project evaluation the subsystem, report management subsystem, and commucation subsystem. The authors participated in the design of the first four subsystems and algorithm design pattern library, and in the implementation the sub-module of the caution test of the management subsystem, the project information management subsystem, and project evaluation subsystem. The paper solve three problems, the first is to review the decision modules of the project, the second is to build a new Decision Support System based on the Vague Set theoretical studies and model algorithmof the gray material element Group Decision Support System. The third is to initialize the Vague gray material element Group Decision Support System on the topic of innovative project evaluation started in2011colleges and universities which helps the decision maker to find the proper project and to got information five times than the former.
