An Intelligent Argumentation-based Group Decision Support System

Decisions are political, economic activities experienced when choosing one of the most reasonable choices in a number of possible options for the program in the life. Due to the information one held is not comprehensive, therefore only rely on the wisdom of individual decision-making is unreasonable. Group decision-making is a process that relying on the wisdom of a group to make decisions on an issue. Group decision support system(GDSS) is a system that provides support for group decisionmaking.Intelligent decision support system(IDSS) is a system that combines Artificial Intelligence(AI) with decision support system. IDSS can make full use of human’s knowledge to help the decision support system to solve the complex decision problems by logical reasoning. With the development of machine learning, data mining, natural language processing and related technologies, the intelligent degree of decision support systems has been greatly improved.Existing intelligent group decision support systems still have some weaknesses in addressing the following issues: 1. the decision-makers’ attitudes are difficult to quantify;group decisions-making is hard to visualize; 2. it’s difficult to accurately calculate the programs’ support or oppose degree; 3. hard to eliminate differences and contradiction among various decision-makers. Therefore, we need study on group decision makers’ opinions quantization, decision process visualization, computational scheme to support or oppose efforts and decision-makers’ differences of opinion and conflicts.The main contribution of this paper is as follows: 1. We propose to use Natural Language Processing technology to analysis the decision maker’s opinion; 2. we use fuzzy inference to quantify group decision-makers’ opinion, meanwhile we take the relationship between the decision-makers and the weight of the decision-makers, this can make the decision results more reliability; 3. We use Baidu Echarts visualize the relationship of the characters and the project.The use of Natural Language Processing can not only quantify the decision-makers’ text attitude,but also improve the degree of intelligent in decision-making. Using of fuzzy inference to quality the decision-makers’ intensity of support or oppose improve precision of support or oppose degree. Meanwhile, we consider the decision-makers’ weight, this is more close to the actual situation. Making the relationship between the decision-makers into account can decrease the influence of the sentiment factors in decision making. The visualization of the project can make decision-makers know how the decision results came out.
