| With the continuous development and application of embedded technology, embedded systems are continuously integrated into the field of home ware, forming a number of smart and convenient products. Among these products, the smart toilet is a typical sanitary ware products based on embedded technology. In the current market, smart toilet is too complicated and expensive to be accepted by ordinary consumers. In this situation, based on the analysis of practicability of each function of smart toilet, designed and implemented a prototype of the smart toilet using the ATMEL ATMega128 as core processing chip of host control system and SAMSUNG ARM9 S3C2410A as core processing chip of infrared remote system. Main tasks are as follows:Based on full investigation of smart toilet market and in-depth communication with related manufacturers and users, the functions the prototype should has is determined. Aming at functional requirements of system, overall design of host system and remote control system is achieved. Based on ATMega128, accomplished design and implementation of hardware of the host, and accomplished development of control software of host. Combined with closed loop control technology, dynamic protection in the process of auto filp of smart toilet based on angle sensor is designed and implemented to prevent damage of motor and cover caused by abnormal block. Based on S3C2410A, accomplished development of software of remote controller and implemented MP4 function of remote controller. Using anti-jamming technology and low-power design methods, overall performance of smart toilet system is optimized. By the test of end users, results demonstrate that the smart toilet designed and implemented in this paper is in line with the actual needs of ordinary users, the function of dynamic protection of auto-flip conforms to requirement of original design,optimization method adopted in this paper improved performance and stability of system. |
