| In recent years, research and design of robot has not been limited just in military field. Many technologies, which had been used in the military field successfully, have been used in the field of civilian robot. Based on the environment-protecting toilet, and by applying the technology of wireless control and SCM intelligent control, this project has designed and developed one kind of wireless remote control robot, which can be applied expediently in hospital and house nursing.In the paper, the overall resolution scheme for controlling the movements of the wireless remote control robot is described, and its basic working principle is also established. The paper also designs a practicable SCM system to implement the motion control system of wireless remote control robot. The thesis discusses in detail the composition of every part for the system, the design principle of its hardware and software, general scheme design, mechanism design. In addition, it also discusses the debugging as well as assembling debugging procedure. The paper dissertates the application of 89C2051 single-chip, PT2226/PT2227 wireless remote control receive chip and LM78xx integrated direct current and stable voltage power component, etc. A pilot study is showed with the principium of sending set and receiving set for non-wires remote control and with direct current motor's both direction control with H-bridge. The paper highlights the thought process of system design and the programming in software functions. The techniques of software and PCB board are particularized. The sample developed by us is functional to implement wireless control of such motions of robot as moving forward, backward, turning left and right. As to its power driving ability, the sample can meet with the requirements of robot to move freely when carrying people. With such advantages as convenience and hygiene, it can be applied in the fields of at-home self-nursing (for old people and patients who can't go around freely) and hospital nursing (for patients who has problem to go into WC). It's a new try for improvement of service nursing type robot. |
