Aiming at the requirements of typical electromechanical system for controller performance,the composition of typical electromechanical control system,the classification of control system,the example of typical electromechanical control system,the classification of typical electromechanical system controller and the performance index are introduced in detail.Under the premise of clarifying the controller performance index,This topic is considered from the aspects of reliability,operability,real-time,versatility and production cost,designed a universal controller which has strong computing capability,small shape and strong expansibility.With TMS320F2812 DSP chip of TI company as the core to design the hardware system,the functional modules are divided: includes power supply circuit,clock circuit,reset circuit,external expansion memory circuit,PWM output circuit,communication interface circuit,A/D protection circuit and correction circuit,capture unit circuit and switch I/O module.The software uses C language programming,in the CCS V6.1.0 development environment,write the software corresponding to the hardware function.Finally,after the hardware design of the controller is completed,and the controller of the various functional modules has debugging experiments.The paper selected the stepper motor as the control object,use this controller together with the stepper motor driver to complete the stepper motor forward and reverse experiment.The experimental results verify the rationality and reliability of the controller design.
