Research And Design On The Educational Administration Management System Based On Web Services Technology

Most of colleges have introduced kinds of management information systems which are based on information technology, such as office systems, students' information management systems, Educational administration management system, network classroom instructions, and so on. In the use of these systems, it can raise the work efficiency; moreover, these applications have many differences in the sources of development languages, construction platforms, data format transformations. Particularly in the Educational administration management system, data exist in the form of independency; however, it needs other information in a large scale which has engendered tremendous wastes of the resources and the complicated process.This study was designed to use Web Services technology combined various networks that each goes in his own way into an integration one and built a heterogeneous platform construction, loose coupling of resource sharing architecture. The design actualizes two main aspects. Firstly, it actualizes the opening of relative interfaces in the alumni network, provides information service for the Educational administration management system. Secondly, it engages the opening of data and information in the Educational administration management system provides data in the process of leave school procedure models. Through the alteration, it improves data management efficiency of the recent teaching management system advancing and deepening the construction of digitalized campus.The main aspects of this dissertation are as follows:1. Analyzing the current teaching management system, based on the main defaults and insufficiencies which are difficult to interoperate with each other in the current insulation and isomerization platform of the campus network, and analyzing the correlative technology.2. Analyzing the basic modules and data flow of teaching management system ,the project provides a solution of heterogeneous platform construction based on Web Services technology in the teaching management system. Have resolved the heterogeneous platform construction information exchange and shared problem, which is on Web environment. Based on above works, it engages the opening of data and information in the Educational administration management system provides data in the process of leave school procedure models, simplified the process of leave school procedure and improved efficiency of management.3. The PrivateUDDI prototype designed has suited the campus net information service. Analysis the PrivateUDDI service streams. The main function module division chart has been given.Mainly, it can provide functions of service registration, issue and search, and so on.The research of the project improved alumni network based on teaching management and has some reference value in the problem of"isolated information islands".This topic in the current research process has yielded certain result. But some aspects, for example: Data security question processing, entire campus intranet data conformity transformation , data processing speed enhancement, and so on, but also need to continue giving an exploration in research in the hereafter practice.
