The Design Of Educational Management System For The Independent College

Educational Administration (EA) is a key link in any college or university context. Namely, a scientific EA system contributes greatly to the quality and efficiency in the operation of a college or university. Fortunately, computer internet and database promise a sound foundation for the informationization the EA system, as proved by a sequence of relevant teaching softwares developed and adopted by domestic and foreign schools, which are pushing the informationization ahead. In the meanwhile, the educational reform and modernization demands a modern and comprehensive administration system which fits into the school expansion, reduces the labor intensity, improves the education administration. To put it another way, this tendency also guarantees a school with an efficient, convinient, effetive EA system under which the advantages of the credit-hour system can find a full expression.On the basis of analyzing the significance of EA, years' related working experience and the feasibility, the paper is to set up a three-level system model based on B/S framework, to design database forms and to apply the SQL storing process, external scripts DataGrid pagination techniques, aiming to function as a system processing students' achives administration, flunk-out warning administration, and their registration as well. Also, this research takes the factors such as users' personalities and system security into account in hope that the operation of the system is reliable.
