After study the relevant evaluation method, use of Delphi scientific classification for the various index, establish a hierarchical structure, determination the connotation and the rating standard to evaluation factors, calculate the relative weight of evaluation factors . And combined with the basic theory of fuzzy evaluation, establish vocational education students' comprehensive quality evaluation model, and evaluation knowledge base is formed at the same time. Then based on the analysis of the demand of "fuzzy evaluation system about vocational education students", Given the overall system design and detailed design, and technical route and detailed plan are given. Finally based on the function module of "vocational education students fuzzy evaluation system", The vocational education students'comprehensive quality fuzzy evaluation system is realized with the combination of B/S and C/S, net platform of Microsoft, C# ,and SQL2000 database.After trial, it confires that with the help of "vocational education students'fuzzy evaluation system", the workload of teachers will greatly reduce, the evaluation of students' comprehensive quality will be more scientific, it has greater influence than traditional evaluation to student's study, life, psychology and so on, and the quality of students increase faster.
