The quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges is the lifeline of the survival and development of higher vocational education teaching quality effectively monitor the implementation has the very vital significance. By using the computer and network technology the teaching evaluation method is to replace the traditional teaching quality evaluation method, the inevitable choice. The teaching quality evaluation system development goal is through the investigation and analysis to find a feasible and practical, relatively higher vocational education teaching objective of quality evaluation method, and then use the network technology, to realize the teaching quality assessment of high efficiency, network, intelligent; Timely and accurately reflect the teachers' teaching level, for teachers to improve the business level, college teaching scheme and provide decision support system.This article chooses a typical Apache+MySQL+PHP technology platform, to the technology researchers used most the most familiar and Windows Server 2003 for Server operating system, to free open source for the foreign Apache Web Server, free authorized MySQL backend database for, use security relatively high PHP language program development, to realize the connection with database and the front end of the browser control.This paper first through the higher vocational education teaching quality to situation at home and abroad are analyzed in detail, and then according to China's ministry of education to higher vocational education teaching quality evaluation index system, quantitative thinning relevant and practical, the paper discusses the higher vocational education according to the teaching quality engineering related the index system of the requirement analysis, this paper expounds the development the evaluation system of system design and structure, and sufficient demonstration and the realization.This article mainly in the following aspects:1. Determines the index system and analysis method:Higher vocational education teaching quality evaluation of the core problem is how to ensure the objectivity of evaluation results and accuracy, this in theory although can realize, but because the reality of all kinds of life interference factors, such as students' subjective factors, peer relationships factors of teaching supervision and professional knowledge and. increasingly, the era of factors such as the update ideas will be the result of evaluation all or deep or shallow impact, therefore, to try to reduce the effect of subjective factor and interference, make the results of evaluation can fully objectively reflect the reality of the relationship between things, this paper according to the identity of the evaluation personnel were set up different index system to evaluate last, by using analytic hierarchy process to obtain the final evaluation.2. The choice of system architecture and the realizationUsers of the system, including teachers, students and management personnel, considering the teacher and students to use the system of cross-platform and multiple user features, such as system USES a B/S structure.3.
