With the rapid development of economy in China, the living standards have beenimproved. However, the physical condition of teenagers in China is not as ideal aspeople’s hope. The data of physical fitness test shows unbalanced development. Thenutrition and development level keep increasing, but the key indicators of physicalstamina like speed, endurance, power decreased. Furthermore, China has become oneof the top unhealthy countries since our high obesity rate, cardiovascular morbidityand sub-health rate. Currently, the issue of teenager health has been a hot topic ofwhole society.Meanwhile, the domestic users can only report the data of physical fitness testand do some macro-analysis in our students’ physical condition evaluating system, butcannot monitor and evaluate every student. In conclusion, the existing systems arestill in an infantile stage. As a result, the paper focuses on designing an advancedsystem which is suitable for the students in technical secondary school. The corepurpose is to monitor as well as evaluate the physical condition of every student. Theevaluation which includes exercise prescription and nutritional program will be bothprovided automatically by system and manually by teachers.Firstly, the paper will review the research status, compare the domestic systemwith that in abroad, point out the gap between them. Secondly, the paper elaboratesthe basic knowledge of software engineering, such as software development mode,environment, as well as the data analysis method. In the requirement analysis, thissystem will add evaluation, management of physical report and consulting online forexpert advice. During evaluation, the system will automatically generated somecomments, and the teacher will manually add some specific comment based on thestudents’ hobby and their real physical condition. Besides, the system will adoptK-Means cluster method to analyze the physical report. It is meaningful for teachersto arrange activities in their daily teaching. Finally, the paper will design the structureof the whole system, as well as the system interface, the database and the detail ofevery function module.
