E-government is the process of providing high-efficiency and high-quality, standardized, transparent and all-round management and service to the whole society that the government organizations transfer their management and service function to the network by using modern computer and network to realize the reorganization optimization of government organization structure and work process, exceeding the restrictions of time, space and departments separation.E-government can not only basically realize the digitization, networking and informationization of the main office operations to allow the government make macro management and scientific decision-making with high efficiency and high quality, but also can strengthen the transparency of government work to provide better service to the public. But the overloaded information, too complicated system as well as the conflicting data makes it difficult for the people to find the information they want and it is also difficult to realize the beautiful idea of e-government. The result is, after the government established the government information system with great energy, it does not get the expected benefits. The main reason that caused this kind of situation is that we do not integrate information and application in a good way. The appearance of government portals provides a best way to solve this problem.This topic takes Chuanshan district of the southwestern city Suining of our country as the example, but the using rate of the government portal is relatively low since its establishment and most of the public does not the existence of this e-government. According to the analysis of the current situation of Chuanshan district portal, this article explores the existing problems existed in current portal establishment and proposes the targeted suggestions to improve the portal structure.This topic structures the e-government website system of Chuanshan district of Suining city by using the related technologies based on .NET. This system adopts the ASP.NET based on .NET platform as the main technology, the development language adopts C#, explores platform for Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and the database will choose SQL Server 2005 of Microsoft platform. During the system building process, it uses related object-oriented technologies and makes descriptions for the system requirements and design by adopting the UML modeling techniques.
