Design And Implementation Of The County Government Office Automation System

With the development and progress of technology, economy and social, the activities of management and business have become increasingly importance, and have raised universal attention of leadership, management scholars and technicians. Especially the rapid development and popularization of computer technology, network technology, communication technology, they provide a broad development prospects for office automation. The traditional office model have document flow slower, security is not high enough, and the quality and efficiency of office can not meet the needs of modern enterprises, thereby increasing the scientific and correct of decisions, and improve all levels of management, will promote the processes of various units of information construction and information technology.As an important application of information highway, OA systems of government get widespread recognition in the worldwide; it will have a fundamental change to traditional government management activities. It can be said that government information is the premise of economy information and society information, the OA system of government is one of the core focus elements of future competitiveness of country.In this paper, we design and build an Office Automation System of county People's Government by using of technology Microsoft ASP.NET and SQL2005. Through analyzing OA's functional requirements of the county government and establish development methods of the overall system, so adopt Web technologies and structure of three-tier system to complete design and implementation of OA system of the county government. According to processes of user operating, we encode management module, personal user module, module of information sharing and human resources modules, and design the modules'interface. The management module involves management of attendance, authority, department, and announcements; individual user module are the password, SMS, E-mail, calendar and personalized desktop, etc.; information sharing module are upload and download data, daily inquiries; human Resource module mainly are wages, performance, training and recruitment management. Each module main used classes to manipulate in the background, so ensure page consistency and reduce code writing of duplication style, in which also quoted database and classes coming with.net 2.0. The development process of entire OA system are in accordance with development process of software engineering, and has a detailed needs analysis, detailed design, and design and classification to system's function modules and database structure, and complete coding system, the last of the whole system is comprehensive testing, so we complete the user's functional requirements and ensure the correctness of system operation.
