In traditional recruiting, there exist shortcomings such as poor targeting, high cost, bad environment and with all these, unable to meet the times demand. Nowadays, more and more employers and employees begin to accept doing employing through Internet which compared with its formers, shows good performance in convenience. So after considering the specific circumstances in BaZhou, the thesis manages to design and work out the BaZhouHR.At first, the thesis did evaluate the .NET framework, especially the components ASP.NET and ADO.NET inside, and more expound some other basic supporting tech-nologies such as programming language, development platform and the database, and concluded a ASP.NET-based solution with SQL Server2008 as back database. Then, the thesis approached the needs analysis both from functional and nonfunctional part, and completed the modules and whole system design. At last, the test results out of func-tional, stable and reliable test all showed the system is doing well.With BaZhouHR, we can do employing more efficiently, and the same time ex-panding recruiting progress both in time and space to provide job seekers more selec-tions and on the businesses side, the system is to act as a useful platform for them to get more talented employees.
