Based On Can And Rs-485 Bus Cabin Monitoring Alarm System Design

Taking the marine engine room monitoring and alarming system for background,this paper has focused on the software and hardware design and development work of warning system,which has the Ethernet and field bus double nets structure.This paper mainly included the following aspects of the work:With the preliminary research on the alarming system which based on CAN bus,this paper has designed a data processing unit with double CAN bus and double RS-485 bus communication interface,and has completed the software and hardware debugging.This data processing unit has supported local independent work and it can check running states and alarm messages of each channel through the keyboard and liquid crystal.It has realized a data acquisition function of both analogue and digital quantities by using custom CAN bus application layer protocol.To improve the software design's efficiency and reliability,this paper has studied on the main problems in the development and design of the monitoring alarm software,such as the choice of the database and its access method,the driver modular design,the math expression analytical algorithm and so on.Combining with the bus module monitoring and Ethernet dual machine exchange information,this paper has analyzed the double machine switch condition and the fault location,and overcomed the multi-meanings existed in some fault location caused by single mode.A monitoring alarming software and configuration management software has developed by using C++ Builder5.This software needs large workload of design and program,mainly including module driver,communication control procedures,Interface management procedures,configuration management procedures,etc.It is also compatible with RS-485 bus network and CAN bus network.The monitoring alarming system based on RS-485 bus network and congested case has being using in a project.
