With the development of agricultural information,real-time crop monitoring systems have been introduced into actua l production.Most of the traditional monitoring systems require manual intervention and the degree of automation is not high;Some of them use wired connection methods,which lead to complex wiring and have limitations in practical applications.There are also some fixed-angle image acquisition schemes that make it difficult to obtain complete plant growth information.This article proposes a control scheme based on 4G wireless network camera 485 interface for remote control of camera space movement,focusing on the implementation of the PTZ control part and camera movement control part based on the 4G wireless network camera monitoring system,the system can obtain the crop growth status as much as possible and at close range.The main contents of this article include:(1)Design and implementation of stepper motor control section based on 4G wireless network camera 485 interface.In this study,the installation of the stepper motor + T-type truss + web camera + PTZ is adopted for the monitoring of crop images.The lower machine adopts a stepping motor controller based on STM32F103 to control the stepper motor driver,through KEIL programming,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the stepping motor.Stepper motor controller and 4G wireless network camera 485 interface through TTL and 485 conversion module for signal conversion;The host computer software is implemented by VC++ project.The 4G network and streaming media platform server remotely send control commands to the camera.The camera and the stepper motor controller communicate through the serial port to realize the remote control of the stepper motor.(2)Integration and development of remote acquisition and monitoring software of crop digital image.The 4G network camera is connected to the streaming media platform server through a 4G network,and the camera pan-tilt protocol is experimentally measured and distinguished from the custom control protocol of the stepper motor to realize the camera motion control based on the same 485 path.The SDK develop ment kit for network cameras is based on VC++ 6.0 and MFC for secondary development to achieve remote digital image acquisition and management.;PTZ's left and right rotation control;stepper motor's up,down,left,right and stop movement control.Through the joint debugging and testing of the entire system,the remote control of the left and right rotations of the PTZ and the up,down,left,right and stop motions of the stepping motor can be realized finally,and the real-time growth status of the crop ca n be obtained remotely.After many experiments,the measured real-time control delay was about 1 second,and the movement speed was controllable within an acceptable range.
