To support works on lofty mountains or in deepwater environment and biochemicalexperiments with toxic, radioactive, etc., a set of mobile environmental state monitoringsystem used in unmanned station is designed based on embedded microcontroller processor. Itsaves the manpower, material and financial resources required to monitor environmental.The system mainly includes four function units: field environmental state monitor,monitoring server, user remote monitor and communication unit. The field environmentalstate monitor is mainly made up of environmental state test and motion subsystems. Based onMicroprocessor STC89C52RC and IC DHT21、MQ-2、HC-SR501,etc, environmental statetest subsystem is designed to test workstation environmental state, such as ambienttemperature, humidity,smog, intruders, etc. For movement subsystem, IC L298N is uitilizedto drive DC motor to move the environmental state test subsystem and wirelesscommunication module installed on three-wheel mobile car. Based on ARM9microprocessorS3C2410, the monitoring server is performed in linux operating system. On the monitoringserver, Web server always runs to maintain the normal operation of the user remote monitor.Using JavaScript and Ajax technology, the monitoring server responds to the monitoringinstruction from the user remote monitor real time, and dynamically displays and updates theenvironmental state shown in the user remote monitor. With web technology, the user remotemonitor is implemented. Communication unit consists of Internet/Intranet communicationmodules and wireless communication modules. Through the internet/intranet communicationmodules, environment states and remote monitor instruction are transmitted between themonitoring server and the user remote monitor freely.NRF905-Based wireless communicationmodule performs the transimission of the field environment states and remote userinstructions between the field environmental state monitor and the monitoring server.
