With the development of economic and industrialization, many countries entered the era of the automobile society. Automobile society brought about lots of social problems such as traffic congestion, accidents, energy consumption and environmental pollution. How to maintain automobile society, but also can tackle the problems they bring, "intelligent transportation system" (ITS) concept will be a solution. Vehicle networking are now be concerned to be one new domain of the internet of things while applications services and products in this domain tend to aroused general interest.A substantial of effort has been invested to design this vehicle networking framework. During the work described above, a lot of room for improvement has been found in the existing vehicle service system.Especially in the network structure, service mode and technology.Through the integrated use of various types of communication technology we addressed an new advanced vehicle networking system architecture to meet the demand.The new vehicle networking system support vehicle a real-time access to the internet which means with this framework vehicles users and the services platform supposed not to be isolated anymore but connected in a networking.Through extraction and effective use of the attribute information for all vehicles static and dynamic information on the network platform, we can meet different functional requirements with this system.To design this proposed vehicle networking framework which addressed in this paper,this article considered the current research in this domain,analyzed the general require in this domain summed up the problems of the current vehicle service system.Based on all of the above work, this paper proposed a new vehicle networking system architecture,which can connect vehicles and roads, vehicles and vehicle owners, vehicle owners and vehicle owners, owners and service providers.Then, this paper summarized related technologies in the systems and some of the key technology solution.A new terminal model in this framework is addressed in this paper and the implementation which use android operation system. Hardware design of the terminal model is based on the Texas Instruments (TI) Open Multimedia Application Platform(OMAP).This paper also described how to develop softwear for this terminal useing Android operating system. Include the development of the system operating software,communications management software, image processing software, video processing software, power management software, data security software and application software.
