Compared with normal logistics, emergency logistics usually is sudden, uncertain, weak economic and urgent. In addition, the use of regular communication and transportation infrastructure is more or less restricted in the emergency logistics. According to the characteristics above, this paper designs and develops an embedded mobile terminal with the comprehensive utilization of embedded technology, embedded GIS technology, Beidou satellite navigation and communication technology, database technology and so on.The system of embedded mobile terminal aimed at emergency logistics chooses Samsung's S3C6410 chip based on ARM1176JZF-S kernel as the microprocessor, embedded Linux as the operating system, and Qt as the graphical user interface. On the basis above, the applications are developed to realize the function of positioning and navigation, emergency communications, management of goods in transit, etc.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The esearch of main algorithm in theory:the dynamic traffic network model is established through adding the parameters of repair time in the static traffic network model and an improved Dijkstra algorithm for optimum path in emergency logitists is proposed.(2)The design of hardware and software platform of the terminal:the system hardware circuit based on the chip S3C6410 is designed; BootLoader, Linux kernel, root file system and Qt GUI for the ARM target board are customized and migrated; (3) The design of the system application:the realisation processes of the key modules is presented, including embedded GIS based on the digital map of MIF format, communication of long message based on Beidou satellite, management of goods in transit based on SQLite database, etc.
