In the process of natural disaster emergency rescue,emergency logistics often encounter power disruption, communication base station damage and other unfavorable situation, resulting in the broken instant communication between transport vehicles and command center.The command center unable to understand the transport vehicles, road real-time situation, Efficiency of rescue.In order to guarantee the reliability of instant communication between the emergency vehicles and the command center in the disaster area, according to the bad communication problems in the emergent logistics, combining with 4G, Wifi and Beidou communications,according to the network signal strength and user demands of different communication situation, this paper research and development of a multi-mode communication middleware. The middleware system includes seven communication modes, which can be applied to the car terminal in the form of plug-ins, and other emergency communication systems.In this paper, the use of UML class diagram analyses the Android network communication architecture, 4G, Wifi and the Beidou communication principle, and the relevant source code of communication part in Android system. Aiming at the problems and application scenarios in emergent logistics, the multimode communication architecture is designed from the aspects of software and hardware, and the multimode communication middleware library is developed by using the key technologies such as WebSocket, Compass communication, AIDL process communication and Bcrypt encryption. By using this library, the terminal software of the emergency ripe grain was developed and the terminal performance was tested by using the Monkey automated testing tool. The requirement of the emergency ripe grain vehicle terminal communication system was achieved and the validity of the middleware was verified. The reliability of emergency logistics instant communication system is improved. At the same time the multi-mode communication middleware is also worthy to be applied to the communication system which is highly demanded in real-time and stability.
