The hoisting motor would crate electrical power when it release.This integrative system can lead the surplus energy back to the power supply network. It greatly increasesefficiency and reduces the costs of elevator.The main work of this R&D project is as follows:1. Analyzing many energy feedback systems, and then establish the main topo structure. Design themain loop filter. Design and select correlative electric elements.2. Establishing the two loop control model, confirming relative parameters, then use simulation modelsand micro computer to test it.3. Checking IGBT functions and SVPWM drive mode.4. Designing the electronic boards. Programming the RTOS system..5. Testing the functions of integrated system, using wireless system to watch bus date.Based on these work, this R&D project achieved some fruits as follows:1. This system lead the power reciprocating between elevator motor and the public electric network. Itcan save more than 40 percent power.2. Steadily actualized double close loop control and 2/3PWM drive mode.3. Successfully actualized real-time operating system to control the functions of elevator system.4. Using clouding coMPUting system to analyze the bus date of elevator control system.This integrative control system of elevator drive and power feedback has been validated.
