Ad Hoc Network Security Routing Studies

Ad Hoc network, known as wireless self-organized network, is a group of multi-hop temporary autonomous systems wich mobile terminals with wireless transmitters and receivers consisting of. Because of the Ad Hoc network nodes' mobility, shortage of resources, no central and colllection of the host and router functions in one, the Ad Hoc network routing protocols and routing information are facing more complex and serious security threats. Therefore, it is very important to design and propose a security route improved method keeping Ad Hoc network safety and correspond to Ad Hoc network own characteristic.In this paper, the security of Ad Hoc network routing problems and energy problems were researched.First, introduced the concept of Ad Hoc networks, the main application and the basic characteristics, security threats that Ad Hoc network routing protocols are facing and the basic objectives of Ad Hoc network routing. Then introduce the current security common mechanism of Ad Hoc networks route, and analysis of the main working mechanisms of secure routing protocols and their respective advantages and disadvantages.Next, overview Ad Hoc networks, and introduce the Ad Hoc network's security threats currently, security goals wanting to achieve and the current security mechanisms; describes the current safety situation of routing protocols.Then, introduce the main issues of Ad Hoc in security and the current methods about enhancing route usability; proposed a specific improve protocols, that is an improved protocol based on the AODV protocol, and described specific improved method in the security. Subsequently introduced the main problems in energe saving and currently existing energy-saving mechanism. Introduce the improved method of the new improved protocol in energy saving.At last, according to NS2 simulation, evaluate the safety. Energy-saving routing's network performance and safety performance after improved, by comparing and analyzing experimental results.In this paper, security problems and energy issues that Ad Hoc network routing encountered. On the one hand, how to enhance the the routing security; another hand is how to keep energy-saving based on ensure the security. In these two areas made some useful attempts, and propose a new safety and energy-saving protocol.
