In recent years, with the uninterrupted improvement of integrate circuit facture technique ,and the rapid development of wireless communication and digital electronics, it is possible to make such sensor nodes that are low cost, low power, little size but can process short -distance communication. A large number of such micro sensor nodes construct a sensor network by the way of wireless communication. They work together to carry up real-time-survey of the region.For the limited energy of one sensor node and the complexity of application circumstances, any research of sensor network must deal with the problem of energy-saving. Besides the study of energy-saving mechanisms of single sensor node, recent research refers to the energy saving techniques when constructing network and routing data.This paper is based on a newly advanced concept named loop-based clustering, in order to save energy, we improved the basic arithmetic of loop-constructing by introducing the way of topology control.Based on the loop-based cluster, the paper constructs the whole policy of routing. It gets the hop information from nodes and loop to the sink node through the arithmetic of releasing the entire-hop-information and confirming the loop-hop. It in fact constructs a advanced structure above the structure of loop-based clustering. With such structure, every nodes and loops knows its hop from sink node, and knows which nodes and loops is nearer to sink node. The routing arithmetic which is based on this structure, mainly considered the problem of load balance.The paper also establishes the arithmetic to resume the loop structure when some nodes die, which ensure its advantages of fault tolerance and dependability.Then we put up simulation. The simulation compares the infection of some parameters to the arithmetic. It also compares some classic arithmetic with ours. The result shows that our means of network constructing and data routing is better in energy-saving.Finally, we summarize our main works and introduce our research works in the future.
