After development for more than20years,our universitycard system has obtained singular achievement in designation,construction,application and so on. Nevertheless, operation supportand knowledge service seem to be ignored by people.Author had the honor to participate in the construction of campuscard system of Shanxi Normal University in October,2010.By meansof investigation,observation,conversation,analysis and summaryabout application of the card,and on the foundation of extremeprogramming thought, author constructed card maintenance supportsystem of Shanxi Normal University with ASP.NET tecnology.Thesystem collected,processed and arranged various tecniques andknowledges about construction, management, utilization andmaintenance of campus card system and constituted knowledge basesystem. Through application of knowledge service idea, the systemprovided methods and measures of solving issues for interrelatedpersonnel about campus card. The chief works completed in thisthesis are as follows. 1,System design.
