With the development of global information technology, the integration of university resources has grew into a new trend. Campus card which is served as the basic tools of enjoying shopping, payment services for teachers and students on campus daily life, is the essential content in the construction of the college management information. Shandong University has established many information systems based on campus card, such as campus POS machine, electricity bill pay system, internet bill pay system and so on. However, these systems do not provide a direct interface to the teachers and students to use through the internet. Teachers and students need to go to the related administrative departments inside school, such as the POS machine, campus card management center to recharge the card. They go to the dormitory management center dorms to pay the service fees, such as the electric charge. This is inconvenient as well as brings great pressure to the school staff responsible for system administration. Besides, the current card service system by internet used for teachers and students, such as campus card website system, Mandarin registration system, CET registration system and so on use different domains and the users has to use disparate username and password to login disparate service system. This gives rise to the information isolated island and increases the complexity to use these system in the meantime. As time grows, data grows, TB even PB data continues will brought a greater challenge.In this paper, the actual application of the campus card background, mainly to complete the following aspects:First, analyzes the business requirement of the self-service platform of the campus card, and puts forward the development framework of the system according to the system function and ASP.NET MVC design framework. In the design process of service platform, this paper focuses on analyzing the impact of large data features such as large data volume, large data structure and data value sparsity on the system. Non-relational database is used in the data layer to solve heterogeneous data storage. Layer using middleware model to solve heterogeneous data logistical integration issues and data security access issues. In addition, this paper provides users with intelligent decision support and recommendation services based on user behavior characteristics in the data service layer.Second, using C# program development language to achieve the system.Third, by setting the relevant test cases, the service platform for a comprehensive functional and performance testing.
