Microwave technology's unique heating effect is gradually applied in industry, agriculture and medical and health fields besides communication, radar, military communications applications and so on.With the development of microwave technology, the size of microwave output power has become the key technologies of the microwave technology to further promote the application.The traditional microwave output power control technology is SCM control system, it has poor stability, precision is low and output power is small. This paper presents a DSP system to control the multiple magnetron microwave output. The system adopts DSP technique, controllable silicon technology and microwave theory, it controls the magnetron microwave power change by controlling the magnetron anode current. The method makes use of the DSP hardware timer, control thyristor conduction angle, by changing the voltage transformer primary voltage effective value, to control the magnetron anode voltage, at the same time to control the size of the magnetron output microwave power; in addition, using the A/D converter and a digital temperature sensor to real-time monitor the microwave output power and the microwave heating effect and realize closed-loop control system, so that the stability and reliability of the system is further improved.The control of microwave output power mainly depends on the DSP hardware timer, because DSP's working frequency has as high as 100MHz, SCR conduction angle timing controller is composed of the internal hardware timer,timing error is only 10ns. so formed by DSP microwave power control system whose control precision is much larger than the microwave power is composed of single chip computer control system.The experimental results show that the combination of DSP technology and a controllable silicon control technology has improved the system of microwave power output. It corresponds the anode current, voltage and other indicators of the performance test, and makes the system stable, so this system meets the testing requirements.
