At present in domestic, the microwave technology has been used in the industry, and appeared many companies which produce the microwave technical equipments that use in the industry. The superiority of microwave technology is unable to compare with other traditional technologies, therefore the microwave technical equipments are accepted by the market,and the market is also being gradually expanded. So,to design one kind of microwave application of power equipment which performances stably, high reliability, and no expensive, not only has the enormous economic efficiency, moreover has the extremely high commercial value. And the source of microwave equipment performance often decides the overall equipment performance, therefore the goal of this article is to design a kind of industry microwave magnetron control system which works stable, and reliable, by reference to the microwave application of power system design.The article first relates the principle and the characteristic of work of high power magnetron and the klystron which are used in industry, and analyses the factors which affect the stable of microwave power and the solutions of output of the high power magnetron and the klystron.Then,aimed at the high power continuous wave which uses in industry , uses the magnetron to be microwave source of the system . Based on the principle that changes the magnetic of magnetic field can change the output power,the control system uses the high power continuous wave multisegment magnetron,the electrical power system,the ARM system,the power control circuit and the linear isolation circuit to make up the hardware of the control system,and coordinates fuzzy PID control algorithm which has stronger robustness, quicker speed of dynamic response, to make up closed loop control system.This control loop take the D-value and the rate of change of the D-value between standard input value and the value that feedbacks as input values,and passes through the judgment of the control algorithm to the input,gets three parameters of PID control algorithm,obtains the output, then controls the output of the system.Under the control of the ARM system,this magnetron microwave source control system,may realize that the output power of the microwave tune up continuously in the range of 0~15 kw,and through MATLAB7.0 software simulates the fuzzy PID control algorithm to the heaviside function.The result of the simulation indicates that the dynamic response and robustness of the fuzzy PID control algorithm are all better.
