This paper analyses the influence of steam wetness in turbine on resonant frequency of Microwave resonator and designs humidity measurement control system. The system which mainly consists of temperature measurement module, frequency tracking and measurement module takes the ultra-low power consumption MCU of MSP430F157 manufactured by TI Company as its control and signal processing core. The intelligent frequency tracking is achieved in the frequency tracking module by MCU with simplified circuit. And the CPLD chip is used in the frequency measurement module, having improved the integration of the system. From the experiment, both the precision of the tracking module and the accuracy of the measurement module meet the system requirements, achieving KHz and 10-7 respectively.
