The finity of construction-land resourse needs land planning management according as the intensive and saving principle. In order to adapt to changing circumstances, means of information must be taken to assist the work of urban construction-land planning management. Then construction-land resourse can be used fully and effectively.At present,the work of urban construction-land planning management still contains insufficiency. For example, all kinds of construction-land compositive information is not all-around, the data of historical approved sites is not in systematic management and data update lags, the construction-land resourse having development and transformation potential lack qualitative and quantitative analysis, and feedback capability of key emergency projects for queuing-location is not rapid enough.Informationization of urban plan management is one important aspect of digital city. Advanced and applied urban construction-land planning management system can developed and applied to urban construction-land planning management, which can improve science, accuracy and validity of management.Therefore, this thesis researches Tianjin construction-land planning management system. Basesd on established basic database,using GIS(Geographical Information System)technology, the system achieves functions such as statistics and query for all kinds of land, analyse the configuration of construction-land, analyse amount of stock construction-land, analyse the amount of actuality construction,assist decision-making of chosing location, edit and print special location maps etc;The thesis bases on the all-sided survey of all kinds of historical and actual urban land plan data, and reinforces comprehensive analysis of kinds of information. The project takes means of informationization to assist the work of urban construction-land planning management for full use of construction-land resourse, and offers decision-making reference for city construction and planning established by government. Therefore, kinds of urban land will be rational and effective allocation, and city resource will be configured optimization and developed harmoniously. |
