Project Application Management Platform Design And Realization

Project is an important carrier of economy social development as well as a main starting point for scientific development. Project application is the premise and foundation for project implementation, so the project application plays a very important role. The traditional work of the project application does not fully utilize the existing resources and modern science and technology,often cumbersome procedures, inefficiency, poor management and control, resulting in a greater waste of human,financial resources, which incompatible with the requirements of the saving state process and the low-carbon lives construction. Therefore, studying on how to provide a scientific and effective method to apply the project is the problem to be solved of all levels of government organs,enterprises and institutions.This paper takes the application projects of some industrial system as the research foundation, with the reference of the various advanced technology and experience of project application system which founded on online, uses modern network technology,modern information technology, through the application of the cross-platform characteristics of the Java language, bases on Eclipse 6.5 development environment and J2EE development technology framework, the MVC mode of design and the B/S (Browser/Server, namely the Browser/Server) framework, finally designs the project application management platform. This paper elaborately discusses the entire process which covers the management platform from requirements analysis to system design, then to system act and system test. First of all, through the structural analysis method to subdivide the function of the abstract model gradually to get the detailed requirement analysis; Secondly, using the top design method from top to bottom to make a detailed analysis and design of the system function module; then draws up the typical program flow chart and system key business flow chart of the production management platform as well as discusses the key techniques of the system process and skills ,with the idea of modular analysis method integrating all function modules to realize the project application management platform. Finally, formulates the test scheme and test the plan, completes and improves on the insufficient points of the system then achieves the desired goal.The project application management platform designed by this paper can be used in the approval work of the executive branch projects, if is planted in large server, it can put the platform service through the Internet connection to share with more customers by using high network bandwidth resources, as a consequence ,the other manager of the department will not need to set up a similar online project declaration system thus can save huge web site construction and economize the hardware and some daily maintenance costs, also contributes to the realization of the economy, efficiency and sustainable development of the project application management platform. The method and results could provide a design and application reference model for other project application management platform.
