Design And Implementation Of Village Level Project Management Platform Based On E-government

This thesis is Chengdu City E-government village project management platform based on business carried out a detailed needs analysis, system architecture using the J2 EE system standardplatform, using Struts, Mybatis multilayer lightweight framework technology to build high performance, expansibility of system development framework, communication third party interface has been implemented in SOA architecture the data of the system, authority independent of user data provided in Chengdu city government platform, realize the data sharing, the system and the third party user information, and can realize single sign on. Project management system is mainly for registration of Chengdu city progress every village project, to provide basic data for statistical analysis, but also facilitate the better project information collection and analysis; the system mainly consists of five core modules, is the main policy propaganda module, project process customization module, project management module, statistical analysis and the inquiry module, system management module. In the paper the development of their modules: project management module of database analysis and design and the system implementation and testing to do a full explanation. System management module is to the users of the system, authority, role and other information for the unified management, the project management module is mainly to provide the basic data for the establishment of the system, and process, the project flow state of the project and for matters for the state and make a comprehensive analysis of such query.The system is mainly to meet the Chengdu City Hall village project management platform business needs, for client access more friendly, the operation is more simple, data auditing more intelligent, higher value. The system is strong authentication information processing function, the greater the degree of reduced workload processing projects of special funds under the line of the majority of the people, convenient access, increasing public projects,information processing more accurate, efficient, economic, intelligence. I choose this question design thesis, hope to take full advantage of the study in the master of professional software engineering.
