Pseudo-random Code Phase Modulation Rf Circuit Design

Working on good autocorrelation features of pseudo-random code, PRCPM detector that has excellent cut-off performance of the distance and strong anti-jamming capability, has a broad application perspective. This paper introduced the working principle of the PRCPM detector's RF circuits. The entire RF circuits system was simulated, and the design diagram was given.According to the requirement of design index, the various parts of PRCPM RF circuits were analyzed in theory and designed by using ADS software. The implementation scheme of phase modulator was mainly analyzed. Then all the simulation results that met predetermined index were given. Finally, the layout of RF circuits was drawn, and then it was created and debugged. And what is more, the test results were supplied to analyze the problems and put forward the improvement measures.
