As pulsed-power supply is of high voltage, large current and high power, it plays an important role in electromagnetic launch system. To achieve centralized control of pulsed-power supply system, a multi-module measurement and control network needs to be built. Good auto-compositionality, flexibility and invulnerability are appreciated in the terrible battlefield conditions.Data acquisition system (DAS) is an important part of the measurement and control network in modular pulsed-power supply. It's also the terminal of this distributed network. Based on this, a wireless DAS for modular pulsed-power supply is designed, which provide a way to analyze the discharging characteristics, working state, fault diagnosis of pulsed-power supply. The specific studies are as follows:Characteristic of discharge current is analyzed theoretically, taking the working status of short distance wireless communication technology into consideration, the diagram and solution of wireless DAS are fixed.Hardware and software are two aspects of DAS development. The sensor circuit, front-end signals conditioning circuit, analog-digital conversion circuit, configuration of FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) circuit, memory circuit, and wireless RF module are components of hardware design. The software development design is involved with master and slave processors. The interface of communication, code sending, zero adjustment and data saving modules are accomplished in master processor software. Reset logic, A/D control logic, sram control logic and code of Niosâ…ˇare debugged based on FPGA.By debugging and testing, the DAS basically achieves the design requirements in sampling rate, SNR, distance and BER (bit error rate) of communication. This could be a basis for further wireless DAS design of pulsed-power supply.
