User Experience Design For Mobile-based Enterprise Management Software

Under the background of the Information Age and the global political and economic integration, the business is developing rapidly; cross-country transaction is increasing continually, which lead to the increasing mobility of businessmen. In this circumstance, a large number of mobile information calls for the emergence of their carrier-mobile-based devices, in which the user experience design for business software, closing related to businessmen, attract most attention. The mobile-based user experience design must be the inevitable trend for enterprise business management software.However, the enterprise management software has always been leaving a bad impression for their users, such as hard operation, obscure, unfriendly, etc. Although the user experience design of this enterprise management software is not perfect enough, we can hardly leave without their help in our daily jobs. This will result to that the enterprise management software developers invest not enough cost to improve these user experience indirectly. Currently, both domestic and international major business management software producers are making efforts to transform their products onto mobile platforms so that to meet the increasingly developing business requirement. However, as for lack of research materials and theory systems, many user experience design concepts and methods are to be verified. So we need an effective mode of user interaction design to be a guideline for users and designers. That is the innovation point if this research.This paper starts from the popular trend of mobile devices, leads to the requirements for an effective design framework to work as designers'template, user's logic. After that, the paper finds out the different user experience design focuses from different platforms. Then from successful business management software, the paper finds out user experience design rules, which provide a design templates and reference both for users and designers. Besides, under the theory of Maslow's chromatography, this paper concludes a psychological design template. Finally, according to the former results, this paper makes an experiment on Nongfu Spring Project to verify the feasibility of user experience design template and mental template. This research not only complements the theory of mobile-based enterprise management software user experience design, but also provides a reference for future design.
