Supply chain coordination problem refers to the supply chain members interests and operation of the contradiction, it determines the cooperation efficiency of member enterprise and it is the key problem in supply chain management. Supply chain is the typical system which needs to coordinate, and coordination is an important means for supply chain stabilization and operation. This coordination mechanism can both increase their own profit and benefit others, meanwhile it can make the whole supply chain has good flexibility. The target is to give priority to entirety with due consideration to fairness.This paper introduces multi-agent theory into supply chain coordination by focusing on the supply chain which is composed of multi supplier, single producer and multi distributor. This paper uses ant colony algorithm to solve supplier selection model and optimal order quantity model. This paper has done the following work based on the study of many coordinating mechanism:Firstly, this paper analyses the basic characteristics of supply chain and supply chain management in the round, expounds correlationtheory of multi-agent, states the feasibility of introducing multi-agent theory into supply chain coordination. Secondly, put forward the architecture and business processes for multi-agent supply chain. This paper proposes relevant agent function module and processes about supplier, producer and distributor, and analyses the function agent in depth which is ralated to overall coordination.Thirdly, this paper analyses advantage of ant colony algorithm in solving the optimization problem, proposes multi supplier selection model and multi distributor order model and uses ant colony algorithm to solve the two models respectively. The final goal is to realize supply chain coordination and optimal overall interests. Finally, this paper tests the feasibility of coordination model for multi-agent supply chain and validity of ant colony algorithm though a specific software instance. |
