The development of current WEB application technology, especially that of AJAX technology, makes it possible that the establishment of WEB application procedures with better interaction and provides technological basis for the improvement of WEB inquiry system.The current dispatching automation system among different security zones increases physical isolation. Within the grid power system, data query and operation function are transferred to a safe zone III, so the demand to interact on the WEB from power system users is increasing and the WEB system of the current IES600 system has been unable to meet the needs of interaction.The improvement of WEB system enables power system users to operate in ZoneⅢof the WEB system and can meet the WEB application of the system. The improvement of the new web query subsystem will make the main monitoring station system more competitive and in a favorable condition in the present-day drastic competition.Technological solutions are offered to the critical problems in the process of devising this system. This paper describes the design and implementation of the scheduling automated information inquiry system, including:(1) Real-time data transmission in WEB inquiry subsystem;(2) Real-time event display in WEB inquiry subsystem;(3) Realization of rights Management in WEB inquiry subsystem.With regard to the design and implementation of the modules, the main contributions are as follows:Firstly, realize the real-time data and inquiry function of WEB-related events. Through a Client IE browser, system users will be able to view any of the SCADA system. WEB-related events for inquiry include three types:System, system operation and system issues. In the IE browser Client, open issues, select grid query interface issues occur starting and ending time, points type and submit, you can view the selected time period WEB system for such matters as the number and details. Each Client can configure settings for real-time events filter criteria (like I area man-machine interaction matters filtering), which concerns only display.Secondly, the realization of the authority management system. In accordance with the State Grid's guide to《Power level of the enterprise information system security classification guide》and《General information grid enterprise application security requirements》, the system has perfect operation personnel management and authority management functions. It needs to add the interaction page, and to provide operation similar to man-machine interaction module; it is also necessary to consider adding permissions or authority. For example, the user may require to browse the information on the WEB (switches and other equipment right in the attribute information).This system sets permissions on the user and adds user login IP restrictions. The setting to IP access can be a set of IP address or a specific IP address.This paper presents a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the design and implementation of B/S-based dispatch automation information publishing system. After the completion of the tests and trials, the system makes the real-time inquiry possible within Zone III of dispatching automated monitoring system and has the functions relevant to authority management, thus satisfying the requirements of users. Scheduling monitoring master station system more competitive, in today's increasingly competitive environment it is in a more leading position.
