With the continuous deepening of the power system and electricity marketcontinues to develop, tariff recovery management is also more complex, WY electricityalso facing this problem, in order to effectively solve the problem, WY electricity fromtheir own reality, and actively promote the prepaid tariff system construction, to carryout pre-paid services, enhance customer service levels, reduce operating costs, improvethe company’s efficiency, and promote improved management and operational level.In this paper, pre-paid electricity management, business and services, the objectiverequirements of the system as a starting point, combined with the object-orientedapproach, the realization of the object-oriented technology in the pre-paid systemapplication. Paper introduces prepaid services and research background and significance,an overview of research at home and abroad, the paper offers research methods andsystematic exposition of the theoretical basis of the study to determine the content of thestudy; followed by an analysis of the pre-paid system for object development feasibilitystudy of object-oriented applications, the main technology that combinesobject-oriented theory and methods, we propose a pre-paid electricity system design andimplementation; afterwards to WY prepaid electricity tariff system design andimplementation of instance, a comprehensive introduction to object-oriented approachin the pre-paid system development process of the concrete practice, and analyzes theresults of software development, pointing out that the method of software developmentis to solve the reliability, scalability and maintenance cost effective way; final on themain work and results are summarized, and pointed out the need further work. Take thisopportunity to take advantage of object-oriented technology, combined with Sybasedatabase, developed pre-paid electricity system, pre-paid services of informationtechnology to improve the management level of pre-paid work, improve work efficiencyand quality of work.
