Course Scheduling is the essential routine work and is also one of the most complex works for teaching management in higher educational institutions. No matter how large or small the scope of the institute is, And how many the special disciplines has, there are many problems touching upon. With the development of higher education and the increasing of number of the college students, setting-course must be developed inevitably closely to the market and imitating real working atmosphere and all kinds of laboratory for simulating environment will grow in number, which leads to the trouble for Course Scheduling. So it is very important in Course Scheduling that to arrange the teaching environment accords to the differentiation over time, which is favor of the balance between the teachers and the students, the smooth progress in teaching-routine, the making good use of teaching recourses, the steadily improvement in quality of teaching. It is also indispensable for building a harmonious campus.This article is about the humanization point-designed educational administration Course Scheduling arithmetic which adopts many ideas back grounding the teaching situation in high institute. As is to help the workers increase the efficiency and lighten the burden on the teachers for Course Scheduling, making full use of teaching resources and humanizing the teachers in having lessons.Firstly, the article introduces the purpose for developing the arithmetic, expounding the current application situation in different Course Scheduling arithmetic internal and abroad.
