High-tech Zone Government Service Portal System Research And Design

The High-tech Zone government portal serves as the platform for information dissemination and the public service window, and the communication channels among the district government, the business, and the public. Existing portals to high-tech zone government affairs, advocacy reports, investment played a role. But with the deepening of e-government, due to the lack of national unity government portal website construction guidelines and construction standards, local government portal website construction appear fragmented situation, government web sites lack of features, with a focus not prominent, and updates are not synchronized, and so on.This paper is to address the problem, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone portal system as the main object of study, in-depth analysis of the characteristics of high-tech zones based on the government website, the website information architecture, functional architecture and technical architecture design and other aspects in-depth studies. The main content of this paper are as following.1. A detailed study of high-tech zone status portal and business needs, designed using object-oriented business architecture of the site.2. The demand survey results and business architecture based on the study of high-tech zones portal information architecture and functional architecture and site back-end database storage structure.Practice of the use of IBM DB2 database and high-tech zones JavaEE developer portal platform technology developed architecture to achieve some of the key features of the site.
