Our country government portal is an important measure to innovate government management, improve government transparency and establish service-oriented government. Nowadays, the government portal website construction is becoming one of the important ways to promote e-government and improve the efficiency of e-government.Thesis research background system, significance and status of development at home and abroad has been described gives the main contents of this paper discusses the development of a systematic approach and related technologies.
