In recent years, with the power companies'reforming progress, the business goal of enterprise has undergone profound changes. Building a "strong power grid, asset quality, service quality, excellent performance," company has become the consensus of the development of the power enterprise. Therefore, whether the construction of the power company's production management information system can meet the needs of enterprise development is already become an important issue we must face.The level of the enterprise information continuesly improve, allows business in the information process of gradually built up all kinds of information systems form a one of the "information islands", enterprise-class enterprise information system integration process is currently not in a to avoid the link, if not a unified whole system structure, would seriously affect the process of information, there is an urgent need for a well-integrated approach to solve this problem. SOA architecture came into being in front of the enterprise architect, SOA concept is not anything new, SOA differs from existing distributed techniques is that most software vendors can accept it and have the SOA platform or application. Along with the ubiquitous standard, SOA make the enterprise's existing assets or investments better reuse. SOA to the latest and build applications on top of existing applications; SOA enables customers or consumers of services exempted from service implementation changes impact; SOA can upgrade individual services or service consumers without having to rewrite the entire application also no longer need to retain the existing demand for new systems. In short, SOA in combination with existing applications to create new services, quickly way to provide flexibility to companies to build better applications and business processes. On this subject in the SOA-based J2EE platform, system integration is to achieve integration of this system, so this issue has some practical significance.This paper describes the concepts and principles of SOA technology and proposed a system's overall plan to introduce the core modules of the system design and analysis of the system's promotion prospects and the need to improve the place.My graduation project designs and implements the management system for electricity production. Through research, the system uses components of the B / S model development mode, B / S architecture using J2EE to develop and release, based on a variety of system / environment platform, using the J2EE-based multi-tier architecture as a technical route, its core functional blocks include: power transmission operation maintenance management, maintenance management to run the line, substation defect management, defect management and line comprehensive information inquiries. The system meets the national electricity grid management information needs, using SOA architecture to build a new generation of power production management system platform, production management systems to achieve rapid response to power the future changing needs of business and reduce the complexity of its management and maintenance, to improve overall efficiency.
